Performance Marketing Manager
Marketing | Up to £45k p.a. | Location Remote (but a London office if you wish to use it)

We’re looking for an innovative, creative Performance Marketing Manager to jump on board and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals. The position will report into the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and will be based remotely (although we have an office near Old Street Station in London that you are welcome to use).
What you’ll do
Manage our online lead generation activity across paid search and social, organic search, affiliates and beyond.
Help achieve our targets by scaling existing performance channels and testing and optimising new ones.
Use your SEO skills to keep us at the top of SERPs for the keywords that matter.
Build and implement the systems to measure, track, and deliver on our targets.
Help build a high performing marketing team and manage 1-2 executives.
Work with wider marketing and sales teams on wider projects to help us hit our weekly, monthly and yearly targets.
What you’ll need
3+ years of experience in performance marketing (e.g. SEO, paid search, paid social etc.) or similar.
Experience managing people.
Proven track record of setting up and scaling performance campaigns using best practices.
Experience working with different ad platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and make recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, balance priorities and take initiative - you’ll have a high degree of autonomy.
Be commercially-minded with knowledge of the marketing and sales funnel.
Be keen to learn and develop.

We’re a “Remote first” company, so we conduct all interviews on Google Meet and are pretty good at onboarding new starters remotely (if we do say so ourselves). We do have our dog friendly (!) London office which you will be welcome to use for work if you prefer - although there will be no requirement for you to do so.
