Agile Delivery Manager
Agile Delivery Manager
Software Teams | Competitive Salary | Remote (but a London office if you wish to use it)
At Pod Point, we’re changing the way people drive. We fundamentally believe that travel shouldn’t damage the Earth so we’ve made it our mission to install a Pod Point (an Electric Vehicle charging point) everywhere you park. To make that vision a reality, we need the brightest, most tenacious, and most inspiring talent in the world - we are growing faster than the market and we need to maintain that velocity - that’s where you come in!
The Role
We pride ourselves on great product development, in fact, product is the heart of everything we do. From our consumer apps that allow people to find and charge on our public units, to our back-end tools for managing networks of charge points, we’re leading the industry in how great software defines a great EV charging experience.
We want to do even more awesome things with our products, so we’re looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to jump on board and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals. You will servant-lead a cross-functional product development team, working closely with other technical teams and wider business stakeholders to ensure that key business needs are met. You’ll take responsibility for ensuring our technical teams are motivated and aligned to business strategies and goals, whilst maintaining robust and seamless deliveries in a company that is continually growing and scaling at speed.
The position will report to the Head of Software and will be based remotely....(although we have an office near Old Street Station in London that you are welcome to use).

Actively participate and facilitate agile events and activities for your team and the wider organisation, such as stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, etc.
Actively remove impediments to the teams’ progress.
Essential skills and experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or similar role (e.g. Scrum Master).

And if you’re not sure whether you’re what we’re looking for - send us your CV anyway! We love to hear from people who are passionate about what we do, and we always take the view that a good cultural fit (and mission alignment) is much more important than ticking all the “qualifications, skills and experience” boxes.
