- Stage 1
Discovery Call (30mins)
Your interview journey begins with a friendly phone chat with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. This conversation is not just an interview; it's an opportunity for us to get to know you better. We want to hear about your aspirations and relevant experiences related to the role you're interested in.
During this call, we'll give you an inside look at Pod Point and provide detailed information about the position you're interested in. Feel free to ask any questions you have about the role or our company.
We'll find a convenient time for both of us and call you at the number you provided. We're excited to meet you!
- Stage 2
Culture, Values and Experience Interview (45 - 90 mins)
This is your opportunity to connect with the hiring manager and potential colleagues and get a real feel for what it's like to work here. During this interview, you'll meet some of the people you'll be working with and gain valuable insights into life at Pod Point. This helps both of us see if you'd enjoy being part of our team and contributing to our mission.We'll explore how your experiences and perspectives align with the role, our values, and culture. The interview typically lasts 45 to 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to learn more about us. Depending on the role, this interview may take place virtually, over Teams or in person at our London Office. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Skills & Experience Interview (45 to 90 minutes)
This interview is designed to assess your technical skills and will last between 45 – 60 minutes. The main goal is to understand your skills and abilities for the role, including your domain knowledge and how well you align with our amazing company culture. We’ll do this through a combination of competency and scenario-based questions.
This is also a great chance for you to meet some of our Pod Pointers and get a sense for what it’s like to work at Pod Point. Feel free to ask questions about their experiences with the company and the function.
