Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Discovery Meeting (30-45mins)

Your interview journey begins with a teams meeting with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. This conversation is not just an interview; it's an opportunity for us to get to know you better. We want to hear about your aspirations and relevant experiences related to the role you're interested in. 
 
During this call, we'll give you an inside look at Pod Point and provide detailed information about the position you're interested in. Feel free to ask any questions you have about the role or our company. 
 
We'll find a convenient time for both of us to jump on a teams meeting. We're excited to meet you! 
Stage 2

Hiring Manager Meeting (60mins)

A Hiring Manager meeting at Pod Point is your opportunity to connect with your future manager and get a real feel for what it's like to work here. During this interview, you'll gain valuable insights into life at Pod Point. This helps both of us see if you'd enjoy being part of our team and contributing to our mission. 

We'll explore how your experiences and perspectives align with our values, and how you could help make Pod Point’s culture even better. The interview typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time to learn more about us. Depending on the role, this interview may take place virtually, over Teams or in person at our London Office. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. 
Stage 3

Skills & Experience Interview (up to 60mins)

The final stage interview is designed to assess your technical skills and will last between 45 – 60 minutes. The main goal is to understand your skills and abilities for the role, including your knowledge and how well you align with our company culture. We’ll do this through a combination of competency and scenario-based questions.  
 
This is also a great chance for you to meet some of our Pod Pointers and get a sense for what it’s like to work at Pod Point. Feel free to ask questions about their experiences with the company and the function.
