Your interview journey begins with a friendly phone chat with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. This conversation is not just an interview; it's an opportunity for us to get to know you better. We want to hear about your aspirations and relevant experiences related to the role you're interested in.
During this call, we'll give you an inside look at Pod Point and provide detailed information about the position you're interested in. Feel free to ask any questions you have about the role or our company.
We'll find a convenient time for both of us and call you at the number you provided. We're excited to meet you!

Chat with Hiring Manager (30 mins)
A brief phone or video call with the hiring manager to discuss your experience relating to the role.
- Stage 4
Skills & Experience Interview (up to 90mins)
Our Skills & Experience Interview is an important part of our process, which usually takes around 60 - 90 minutes and is all about your experience and expertise in relation to the role you've applied for. If your role calls for it, you may be asked to share a presentation or complete a task - but don't worry, we'll give you plenty of time to prepare.
This interview isn't just about testing your skills; it's also a fantastic opportunity to get to know some of the people you could be working with. You can ask all the questions you want about the team, the role and the company. Our goal is to thoroughly evaluate your fit while giving you a sneak peek into our team and what we expect from the role.
