How we work
At Pod Point, we’re driven by outcomes, not tasks. We believe in creating opportunities for our amazing people (aka Pod Pointers!) to come together and achieve great things. We support Pod Pointers to work at their best – and that looks different for everyone. Our hybrid model offers a ‘best of both worlds’ approach, with a mix of working from home and from our London office.
There are lots of positives about working from home – it can be a place to focus and get things done, it provides flexibility between personal and work commitments and less time is spent commuting. We also believe in the power of collaboration, and you can’t beat doing that in person – either through spending time working together in our office, sharing ideas, collaborating on projects or having a chat over a coffee.
You can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month, based on your team requirements.
Although most of our people split their time between home and our office, there are also some roles where more time is required either working from home, in our office, or that require you to be based in a specific region. Connecting with colleagues is just as important in these roles – and we’ll provide opportunities for you to spend time at our London office during the year.
