As much as we try to be anything but conventional, we’re still a business and just like other companies, we need people in our Business Operations functions to ensure Pod Point’s smooth day to day running. Our Business Operations team is split into different sub-departments who all have an important role to play.
Everyone has a role to play
The Central Operations team ensures our installers have everything they need to get on with their job and so our customers get exactly what they want. To make sure we operate effectively as a business, we have a Finance team looking after our finances, a Health and Safety team making sure our installations are safe and secure, and a Legal team who ensures what we do complies with the most up to date legislation. All things people related sit in our Talent team from recruitment and onboarding to people operations and employee experience. We’ve also recently formed a Sustainability team, because at the end of the day, we believe travel shouldn’t damage the earth, and neither should Pod Point.
