What I do at Pod

I manage the Homecharge Operations Team, we plan and organise all installations for our domestic customers. We are all about efficiency and making sure all Pod Point customers get the best installation experience when buying a charger.

Why Pod

Before joining Pod Point I was working at Bulb, the hyper growth renewable energy supplier as a manager in Customer Service. I joined Pod Point managing a team of 3-4 people in October 2019 and since then I’ve been able to make it my own and grew the team to up to 40 people in March 2022. 

I’ve learnt valuable lessons about myself, developed my existing skills and learnt new ones, gained invaluable experience of the EV industry and working in a fast growth business with exposure to all departments.

Who am I?

I wanted my job to have a positive impact on the planet and the future. I believe that by facilitating EV charging we are increasing the conversion rate of the car market to EV dominance and hence reducing our carbon footprint.

My favourite thing about Pod Point is the people who I work with, switched on, motivated and friendly.
