At Pod Point we believe travel shouldn’t damage the earth, and the Software team is vital for us to achieve this goal. All our engineering squads slot into a different domain and value stream, which helps us to streamline a squad’s focus against certain business areas. Squads consist of a Technical Lead, Agile Delivery Manager, Engineers, and in parallel product managers and owners who all collaboratively help to guide deliverables and product ambitions to fit Pod Point’s business visions.
Development
Our dedicated engineering managers provide all the guidance and support you need, ensuring all our engineers are have the relevant tools to succeed at Pod Point. Managers will notably help you build Personal Development Plans, provide a platform to discuss issues, and establish individual learning paths so you can learn, and explore new technologies. On top of that, we have regular engineering and learning days to collaborate with the team and develop your skills.
