At Pod Point, we want to ensure that every time a customer contacts us, they receive a 5 star service and we’re super proud to be rated ‘excellent’ on Trustpilot. No matter the query our Customer Support and Customer Experience Executives are there to answer it. Along with the support and expertise of our Customer Support Trainers and Team Leads our staff are able to handle anything our customers may need, whether it’s a general enquiry or hiccups with our domestic or commercial units. 

Network Assurance Superheroes 
More complex queries are dealt with by our Network Assurance superheroes. Our dedicated team of Technical Support Engineers go over the information provided by the customers and the CS Team to look for patterns, problems and anything out of the ordinary so we can fix the units as quickly as possible. The team looks after both domestic and commercial customers, and also provides live support to our installers if they face any issues on site.
