Our Software team are always looking for new ways to refine and improve using modern technology practices. We have an agile way of working and work in squads with cross functional teams made up of Software Engineers, DevOps, QA and Agile Delivery Managers. 

Working in parallel to our squads are our Product team with Product Managers and Product Owners, alongside UX/UI and Business Analysts who immerse themselves in every aspect of product development. Whether looking across our IoT & network of smart charge points, tackling our mobile app development or internal tools & systems our Product team work in synchronisation with our software development squads.
